Teen Art and Artisan Show Reception

The Lincoln Public Library's Teen Advisory Committee takes great pleasure in inviting you to visit the TAC Art Exhibition and Artisan Show featuring talented local teen artistis in the meeting room of the Fleming Library, 4996 Beam St., Beamsville.

The Opening Reception and Artisan Show will take place Saturday February 19 2011 from 11:00 a.m until 4:00 p.m.

The Art Show runs until March 5.

Mark Your Calendar!

The Lincoln Public Library is presenting another "An Evening with Authors" on Monday April 11 at the Lincoln Centre, Central Ave. in Beamsville.

Join Ross Pennie, author of "Tainted" and Eleanor Johnston, author of the "Blessing Game" as they read from locally themed mysteries.

Door open at 7:00 p.m. and the reading begins at 7:30.

Call for new Library Board members

Advertisements for new board members for the Lincoln Public Library will be appearing in next week's local newspapers.

Consider being part of the Library's Board.

The Lincoln Public Library has a long history beginning in 1852. The Library is the busiest municipal facility with over 250,000 items circulated last year and over 160,000 unique visits.

With the planning for the new Library/arena complex starting in 2011, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to your community.

A reminder that the Lincoln Public Library's Annual Christmas Open House will take place Saturday, December 11th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Moses F. Rittenhouse Library, 4080 John Charles Boulevard in Vineland.

There will be crafts, a sing-along and fun for the whole family.

Annual Library Christmas Open House

The Lincoln Public Library's Annual Christmas Open House will take place Saturday, December 11th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Moses F. Rittenhouse Library, 4080 John Charles Boulevard in Vineland.

There will be crafts, songs and refreshments for the whole family.

A Christmas sing-along will start at 2:00 p.m. with Jennifer Page from The Fun School of Music in Grimsby.

Non-perishable food donations for Community Care West Niagara will be gratefully accepted.

Seniors Wii Bowling

The Seniors Wii Bowling Group will meet Tuesday December 14 at 1:00 p.m. in the meeting room of the Fleming (Beamsville) Library. We still have room for new members.

Harvest Happening Activities in Beamsville

The Lincoln Public Library is pleased to be participating in the first Harvest Happening in downtown Beamsville.

The Library will involved with two events on Saturday October 30.

The parade will be starting at 10:15 a.m. beside the Library.

The Library will be hosting a craft program from 12:00-2:00 p.m. in the Fleming (Beamsville) Library meeting room.

Come out and enjoy a fun family event in Beamsville.

The All Candidates Meeting for the municipal election takes place Tuesday October 12 at Great Lakes Christian High School, 4875 King St. in Beamsville. Doors open at 6:30 and the debate begins at 7:00.
