Always wanted to be a Super Hero, but don't know how

The last summer program of 2014 is on Monday August 25..... You can become a Super Hero!

Can anyone be a superhero? Which superpowers will work for you? Do you need a sidekick? There are lots of decisions to make before taking the superhero oath, making your disguise and going crime fighting.
