The Lincoln Public Library Board recently approved a new 2007-2010 Strategic Plan. The Plan includes the goals and directions for library service in Lincoln over the next three years.
Some of the key initiatives include enhanced communication to the general public, linkages to information providers, planning for a enhanced facility in Beamsville and specialized information services.
